Everything's Beachy | Summer of Stamping Essentials by Ellen

Yasss, everything is beachy! Today I'm so excited to be sharing a "fun in the sun" card featuring the New Summer of Stamping Essentials by Ellen Release.

I started by die-cutting an A2 stitched rectangle using the Studio Katia Rectangular Dots Cover plate with white card stock. Next, I created the pool scene creating a frame using Heffy Doodle's Rounded Rectangles in light grey card stock.

Now it's time to make some waves! I die cut an additional rectangle to fit inside the frame and got inky! I applied Tumbled Glass to the whole surface area and then added Mermaid Lagoon using the Wave to Me Heffy Doodle Stencil. To finish off the look, I blended around the edges with Prize Ribbon. For extra interest, I reacted the ink with water and dabbed it with a paper towel.

Next, I stamped and coloured the main images from Everything's Beachy and die-cut them with the coordinating dies.

For the sentiment, I blended the Yasss with Picked Raspberry, Spiced Marmalade and Squeezed Lemonade. To finish off the scene, I added Glossy Accents, Coordinating Sequins and stamped Everything is Beachy.
