Hi everyone! Today I'm sharing quick backgrounds and thought I'd get inky and join the #swinkingchallenge. Check out Ardyth's video showcasing this genius technique here, fair warning though, it's super fun and addictive!
Here's what I came up with, I was looking to pair my newly die-cut Taylored Expressions Simple Sentiments and I was super happy with my results.
I used two main techniques, first I freehanded stripes using Taylored Expressions Mini Inks and then got adventurous with a stencil. I was able to use it two ways, first, I swinked diagonally using three or four different colours and then misted the remaining ink on the stencil and placed a piece of paper over it and voila!
